With over 30 draft brews on tap and a cocktail list sure to please any palate, Derailed Taphouse is the perfect spot to grab a drink with friends or colleagues. The upscale bar food here is the perfect complement to your beverage of choice. Executive Chef Dwayne Stewart leads the kitchen team in crafting a seasonal menu that features the freshest ingredients available in the Poconos. They like to call it upscale comfort food, with a little bit of something for everyone's tastes. 

Their vast menu allows options for everyone! This restaurant serves a variety of appetizers, sandwiches, soups, salads, and desserts. The appetizers on the menu are a great way to start your experience. With such a variety of options from Pork Belly Bites to Kung Pao cauliflower, everything is packed with flavor. 

For your main meal choose from a wide range of burgers and entrees created to go perfectly with their even larger selection of drinks. You can't go wrong with the delicious buffalo chicken wrap we were able to enjoy during a recent visit. Every bite was filled with a beautiful crisp from the chicken followed by a great balance of spice and flavor. This paired perfectly with a side of their well-known truffle tots. Plenty of other options caught our attention including the Turkey Train with smoked turkey breast served on sourdough bread with herb mayo, fried sweet potato nest, mozzarella cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Another was the Pulled Pork Sandwich served on a brioche bun with cheddar jack cheese and apple slaw. This menu even offers a selection for a range of dietary needs including their beefless panini and lobster lettuce wraps! Finally, ending your meal wouldn't be right without trying one of their desserts such as the S'mores Lava Cake, Hot Apple Tart, or Salted Caramel Crunch Cake. No matter your taste buds, the selection at derailed is sure to satisfy.

Their selection currently includes Collier Creek 'Midnight Owl' Pinot Grigio, Collier Creek Front Coach Chardonnay, Collier Creek Big Rooster Cabernet Sauvignon, and Collier Creek 'Crafty Fox' Merlot. This selection also changes from time to time showing their true dedication to making this establishment the perfect place to pair drinks with your favorite meals.
