We had an incredible weekend at the highly anticipated Great Pocono Raceway Airshow ! The event, which took place this past weekend, brought together aviation enthusiasts and families from the local area for a day of thrilling aerial displays and entertainment. Let's take a look back at some of the highlights from this unforgettable event.

Upon arrival, guests were encouraged to arrive early to make the most of their experience. The parking lots opened at 10:00 a.m., allowing attendees ample time to explore the Fan Fair Displays and enjoy the FREE Carnival before the show commenced. The gates and Fan Fair opened at 11:00 a.m., offering an array of engaging activities for visitors of all ages.

The airshow officially kicked off with the Opening Ceremonies at 1:00 p.m. Spectators were in for a treat as they witnessed a lineup of remarkable performances by renowned aviation teams and aerobatic pilots. The schedule featured an impressive roster of performers, captivating the audience throughout the entire event.

One of the major highlights was the USAF F-22 Demonstration , showcasing the precision aerial maneuvers and unique capabilities of the world's premier fifth-generation air dominance fighter aircraft. The USAF Heritage Flight, featuring a breathtaking combination of the F-22 and the iconic P-51 Mustang, paid tribute to aviation history and left spectators in awe.

Rick Volker Airshows featured the Sukhoi SU-26M aircraft, demonstrating the pilot's mastery of the flight envelope. Volker's tight display showcased the aircraft's capabilities in both low and high-speed flight, leaving the audience amazed at the remarkable maneuvers performed.

In addition to these incredible performances, Vampire Airshows took center stage, showcasing the unique merging of entertainment and education. With their aerobatic displays, thrilling jet warbird maneuvers, and captivating banter, Vampire Airshows not only entertained but also educated the audience about the aircraft's history and significance.

Rob Holland of Ultimate Airshows wowed the crowd with his exceptional skills in the MXS-RH aircraft. This one-of-a-kind, all carbon-fiber masterpiece pushed the boundaries of aerobatic performance, leaving spectators in awe of the precise maneuvers and astonishing capabilities of the aircraft.

Wrapping up the show  was the U.S. Navy Blue Angels , a flight demonstration squadron renowned for their exceptional skills and precision. Flying Boeing F/A-18 Super Hornets, the Blue Angels demonstrated their teamwork and discipline, inspiring a culture of excellence and service to the country. Their performance thrilled the audience and left a lasting impression.
