With a passion for small businesses and a dedication to creating beautiful and delicious treats and drinks, this dynamic duo has quickly made a name for themselves in the community.

Tracy Eisler, co-owner and talent of the operation, is a registered labor and delivery nurse, mom of two, and feline enthusiast. Her love for creating beautiful and edible artwork is apparent in the shop's signature items, including jumbo cupcakes, gourmet donuts, and fresh macaroons. Courtney Quaresimo, co-owner and brains of the operation, is no newbie to the Poconos. In addition to running the dessert and coffee shop, she also owns a local digital marketing agency, Photography By: Quantifi Media. Her passion for small businesses is evident in her hard work and dedication to helping them succeed. 

Their dedication to excellence has paid off, with the shop being voted the Best Bakery, Best Dessert, Local Coffee Shop, and Wedding Cake Shop in the Pocono Record's Best of the Best Official Community Awards. They were also named the Best New Business in the Poconos in the 2022 Pocono Chamber of Commerce Bizzy Awards at Mount Airy Casino Resort.

This quaint shop is right on 611 in Swiftwater, making it a great location for locals and visitors to stop in for coffee to get their day started or to finish strong with something sweet! With picnic tables inside for seating and a very modern aesthetic, this shop is an influencer's dream for candids and photogenic menu items. The decor is not the only unique aspect of Pocono Dessert Company. The menu here always lists an array of flavors and items including an exclusive selection of drinks, only available at this location in the area! These exclusive drinks include Boba Sodas, Italian Cream Sodas, and Red Bull Energy Fizzers, all made to your liking. 

Their coffee selection and 50+ flavors are one of the first choices that caught our eye. There of course are the classics such as Irish Cream, Caramel, or Mocha, but this coffee menu gets even more adventurous. Exciting flavors such as Italian Rainbow Cookie, Chocolate Chip Cookie Macchiato, Fruity Pebbles, and so many more, are sure to get your tastebuds energized! It is clear they take their coffee seriously with even more flavors and coffee creations available during the holidays. But what is a tasty drink without a treat to go with it?

One look at their dessert menu and it's easy to see why they're so highly regarded in the area. Their jumbo cupcakes come in daily flavors like Death by Chocolate, Cannoli Chocolate, Oreo Mousse, Birthday Cake, and Italian Rainbow Cookie, as well as rotating specialty flavors like Lemon Mousse, Carrot, Red Velvet, and more. Their gourmet donuts are just as impressive, with everyday flavors like their Apple Pie, Red Velvet Cake, Cannoli Collection, as well as rotating seasonal flavors.

The macaroons are also one delicacy you can never leave here without.
